I have furnished office space available to fully-licensed therapists within my suite in Olivette -- which is adjacent to University City, Clayton, Ladue, Creve Coeur, and Overland. This 3-story professional building is easily accessed from major roads and just a mile from I-170. Tenants enjoy free parking in the ample, well-lit lot next to the building as well as the convenience of many service, food, and retail businesses nearby.

 

The suite

This is an ADA-accessible first-floor suite that includes three private therapy offices, a shared waiting room, and a resource area. Two offices are used full-time, with the third available to part-time subletters. This interior office is 12 x 14 and is fully furnished with loveseat, chair, bookcase, desk, side tables, pillows, blanket, artwork, lighting, white noise machines. The office is accessed from inside the suite and also has a private exit directly out into the main hallway.

Rental terms

The affordable monthly rent (ask for current rates) includes use of the office on the agreed-upon day(s) of the week, with freedom to come and go as needed during business hours. Amenities included with rent: wifi, printing/copying/scanning, business address, shared waiting room, fridge, microwave, housekeeping on weekdays, utilities, property tax.

At this time, the sub-lease term is for 1 year with option to renew.
